Bağcılar is a dense, centrally placed district on the European side, wrapped in metro and Metrobüs lines that put the rest of the city within easy reach. It is one of Istanbul's larger kentsel dönüşüm (urban transformation) districts, and its older stock is steadily being replaced with modern compounds and better public space.
The draw is a central address at an accessible entry price, on payment plans that run while the building goes up. We represent Hayat City, which stands at the Mahmutbey metro entrance with its own shop block on the boulevard, and Venara Güneşli, both under construction.
