The exit
When you sell, we value the apartment realistically, prepare the documents a buyer's lawyer will ask for, market it to our own buyers, and handle the Tapu transfer from the other side of the table.

What buyers ask about this
Is after-sales support charged separately?
The ordinary questions are not charged. Answering them is what the relationship means. Work with a real cost, such as furnishing, full management or a sale, is quoted before it starts.
Does owning property give me residence in Türkiye?
Property ownership supports a short-term residence permit application for you and your family, renewable each term. It is a separate route from citizenship by investment and has its own requirements, which we confirm at the time because they change.
Can you sell the apartment for me?
Yes. We value it, prepare it, market it to our international buyer network and manage the transfer through to completion. Our audience is the same one that bought it in the first place.
What are the annual costs of owning?
Property tax, DASK cover, the building's aidat and the utilities. The amounts depend on the property and the municipality, so we set them out for your specific apartment rather than as a general figure.
I bought elsewhere. Can I still use after-sales?
Yes, for management, valuation and resale. We would want to see the property and its documents first, and then you are on the same footing as any other owner we look after.
