Do I have to travel to Türkiye to buy a property?
No, and many of our clients complete the purchase without flying in. We run live video viewings from inside the apartment, share the full documentation, and a notarised power of attorney lets us handle the contract and the Tapu (title deed) transfer on your behalf. You are welcome at any stage, and most buyers do come for handover.
Do you charge buyers a fee for your service?
For new developer projects, our commission is paid by the developer, so the price you pay is the same as buying direct, with our advisory, legal coordination and after-sales support included. For resale, fees are agreed transparently in advance before anything is signed.
What languages does your team speak?
Our team works with international buyers in English and Arabic, alongside Turkish. Documents and the legal process are explained to you in your language before you sign anything.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to enquiries within one business day, usually much sooner. If your question is time-sensitive, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
