Nişantaşı, Istanbul

Istanbul's luxury retail quarter and its most established prestige address.

Nişantaşı is where Istanbul's luxury retail, historic apartment buildings and old-money residential culture meet. Its streets hold international fashion houses, long-standing restaurants and some of the city's most admired early-twentieth-century architecture.

New supply is almost non-existent, so purchases are typically restored period apartments or rare boutique developments. It is a prestige and preservation play rather than a yield one.
