Area Guide · Istanbul European Side

Levent, Istanbul

The financial centre, where Istanbul's tallest towers and best-paid tenants are.

Levent is Istanbul's original financial district, a dense cluster of banking headquarters, flagship offices and the retail anchor of Kanyon. Residential stock is mostly high-specification apartments and branded residences serving the people who work here.

It shares Maslak's investor logic but with a more established, higher-value profile and stronger brand recognition among international buyers.
